How do I obtain an extract from the Criminal Record?

For Belgian citizens or any foreigner registered in Belgium (e.g. dependents (members of the family unit) of SHAPE members), the application is made by the Municipal Administration of the place where the person is legally registered.

For SHAPE members (Military or assimilated functions), the person goes through the Central Criminal Records Service (justice.belgium.be).
