Existing models of extracts from the Criminal Record ?

Model 1 (Art. 595 of the Code of Criminal Procedure)

THE standard model. It is not intended for an activity that is educational, of a medical or psycho-social type, youth assistance, child protection, animation or supervision of minors. There are no special conditions related to criminality for the purpose of engaging in an activity.

Model 1 (Art. 596.1 of the Code of Criminal Procedure)

Model issued for activities to which access is restricted. Some examples of activities concerned: travel agency, weapons, insurance, liquor establishments, hunting, accounting, military, security guard, road transport, sports shooter, etc.

Model 2 (Art. 596.2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure)

Model related to activities related to education, medical and psycho-social, youth assistance, animation and supervision of minors.
