Citizen consultation – Your opinion counts for better targeted security.
- Download our questionnaire which can be found below in the "Annexes" section, open it with Adobe Reader or a similar app and answer the questions anonymously.
- When you're done, save/scan your answers.
- To submit your answers, open your email manager and type the recipient address dga.dap.shape.info@police.belgium.eu and the subject "Shape Security Inquiry" (due to technical problems, don't use the e-mail link and follow this procedure otherwise your message will not reach us)
- Before clicking on "send", don't forget to attach your completed questionnaire
