Message from the SHAPE Directorate of Security and Emergency Services :

From 07th of July to 14th of August 2025, SHAPE Gate Access will have different operating hours as listed below.

Berlin Gate :

• Normal operating hours

West Gate :

• Normal operating hours

North Gate :

• Monday to Thursday : 07.00-19.00 / Friday : 07.00-17.30

Luxembourg Gate : 

• Closed

Ottawa Gate :

• Monday to Thursday :
  • Morning : 07.00-09.00
  • Evening : 16.00-19.00
• Friday:
  • Morning : 06.00-09.00
  • Evening : 18.00-21.00
