Dmitriy was born in Russia on July 4, 1989. He is a Belgian national.
On February 15 2024, he left the psychiatric institution in Brussels where he was interned for a murder committed on September 11, 2011.
He is about 1m80 tall, athletically built and has blue eyes.
Dmitriy TERECHTCHENKO poses a threat to the physical integrity of others.
