I have been fined, what should I do?

You will receive a transfer slip no earlier than one week after the report (except in the case of a serious offence) as well as a response form.

If you contest the ticket, send this form to the police unit, otherwise pay the fine.

Failure to pay the fine will result in a reminder and, possibly, additional application fees.

After the payment period has expired, the King Prosecutor may propose an amicable settlement. If you refuse to pay for this transaction, the Public Prosecutor's Office may summon you to appear before the Police Court.
