Do you have to fill out the response form in the event of a traffic violation?

A response form is attached to your minutes. You only need to complete it in the following cases:

• You contest the violation;
• you are not the owner of the vehicle;
• There is no penalty amount mentioned in the Notice of Violation (serious offences).
